event refunds & Cancellations

EVO regrets that we are unable to refund a booking once made. Where notified in advance, we are are able to offer credits for bookings made, as follows:

  • Notification 8 days or more before event start date: full credit for event offered

  • Notification 7 days to to 3 days before event start date: 50% credit offered

  • Notification 2 days or less before event start date: no credit possible

Note: “Event start date” refers to the start date of the overall event, not a booker’s individual day. So the relevant date for calculation of credits is the start date of the overall event, not the specific day a player is attending.

Clothing & Accessories

As items are manufactured to order, EVO regrets it cannot accept returns for items that are incorrectly ordered (wrong size etc). For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, EVO will accept returns and replace items, provided we are informed and the product is returned within 14 days of customer receipt.

Equipment

Equipment returns or issues are handled by our brand partners and equipment suppliers. If you have an issue with any equipment purchased through EVO Hockey, contact us and we will direct you to the relevant supplier in the first instance.
