David Harte

David is, simply, the world's best goalkeeper - he is the current holder of the FIH World Goalkeeper of the Year award and has won it two years running - 2016 and 2017. He is captain of Ireland and has 180 caps for his country. David currently plays his club hockey in the Netherlands for Kampong and was instrumental in goal as they won the EHL (EuroHockey League) in 2016. Previously, he has played for Cork Harlequins, Pembroke Wanderers and SCHC. His numerous international, club and individual honours include:
