Lena Micheel

Lena is one of the top up and coming strikers in Germany and a fantastic hockey talent. She is a German international and is in their squad for the 2018 Women's World Cup. Lena has previously represented her country at U16, U18 and U21 levels, captaining the age group squads. She is a 2 x silver medallist in the U18 European Championships and represented her country at both the U21 World Cup 2016 and the U21 European Championships 2017.  

At club level, she plays her hockey for UHC Hamburg. In 2017 she won the German national championship and in 2018 she won the indoor EuroHockey Club Cup. She also won a silver medal at the EuroHockey Club Cup (outdoor) 2018 and won the EuroHockey Top U21 Talent award.

Lena is a great coach and inspiration for young players and we are delighted to have her as part of the EVO Hockey family.
