Siya Nolutshungu
Siya is a South Africa international goalkeeper and experienced professional hockey coach. He represented South Africa at the 2016 Junior World Cup, before making his senior international debut against the Netherlands in January 2017. Since then, with South Africa, he has won the African Cup of Nations and represented his country at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. In 2018, Siya was a bronze medallist in the South African Premier Hockey League and won the Goalkeeper of the Tournament award.
Siya has played club hockey in South Africa, Argentina and England. He is a South African Hockey Association level 2 qualified coach and has been a specialist goalkeeper coach for the past 4 years. Siya’s elite playing experience and experience of hockey in different countries makes him ideally suited to EVO Hockey’s multi-national coaching approach.
