Sofi Viarengo

Sofi is an exciting attacking hockey talent. She is a dual Argentina & Spain national with a wealth of hockey experience and a particularly strong backhand strike.

Sofi has played hockey at the top level in Spain, Australia and England. In Spain, during her first year of senior hockey, she played a pivotal role getting her club (Real Club Josaleta) into the Spanish top division, finishing as top scorer. In Australia, she played Premiership hockey and in 2017 was Player of the Match in the grand final, scoring a hat-trick in her team’s 3-1 win.

Sofi’s creative talents, accompanied with her experiences of northern hemisphere, southern hemisphere and Spanish hockey, makes her ideally suited to the EVO Hockey family.
