Susannah Townsend

Susannah is an EVO Hockey coach and currently one of the strongest and most dynamic outfield players in the world. She is an England and Great Britain international, who has over 100 international caps and achieved the crowning glory of an Olympic gold medal at Rio 2016. 

After narrowly missing out on selection for the London 2012 Olympics, Susannah pushed on and became an integral part of Great Britain's hockey team. Domestically, she has been formidable and was named Player's Player of the Year for the 2015/16 season. Susannah's list of international honours is growing year by year and is currently as follows:
