Thomas Briels

Thomas is one of the most gifted outfield players in world hockey. He is an experienced Belgium international,  a Rio 2016 silver medallist, a EuroHockey 2013 silver medallist and a 3 x Olympian (Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016).

At club level, Thomas has achieved almost everything possible in Europe. He played in the Netherlands for OranjeZwart, winning both the Hoofdklasse (Dutch Premier league) and the EHL (EuroHockey League). He then returned to Belgium where he plays for KHC Dragons (who are both a domestic and a European force), winning the Belgian top division title last season.
